Aerospace

The Aerospace industry is a demanding industry where Maloya has excelled for many years. Our laser cutting and fabricating equipment meets the critical tolerances required by the aircraft and defense industry and are ideal for processing a variety of exotic hard to machine materials, including inconel, hasteloy and titanium.

Our Programming Department can accommodate any size mylar with our 60" x 44" digitizing board. Small Metal parts can also be scanned. Maloya's quality systems have been approved by our customers who manufacture to the highest aerospace quality standards. Maloya has received the GE certification MIL-S-433 for special processes. Testing reports from accredited laboratories have confirmed minimal recast on the laser cut edge.
