One of the first companies to bring high power clean cutting laser processing to the USA, Maloya produces precision parts and sheet metal components for all types of machinery, from food processing to pharmaceutical packaging. We have extensive experience with cutting and forming stainless steel sheet and plate which have brushed (#4) cosmetic finishes.

Our Systems
Laser cutting allows precision components to be fabricated to very close tolerances. Our 3000 and 4000 watt laser systems provide proven advantages over conventional metal fabrication methods. With large cutting tables (up to 78” X 157”) and cutting capabilities from .010” thick to .750” thick, we can meet virtually all needs. Further, we have the capability of laser cutting round, square and rectangular tubing. Alternating cutting tables eliminates downtime during production runs, thereby reducing cost and lead-time.

Prototypes and Short Runs
These can be fabricated with minimum setup times and virtually no tooling costs.

• Saves material by optimizing yields in sheet, plate and tubing.

Fabricated Parts from a Single Source
Maloya offers extensive resources and secondary operations to complete your job under one roof.

Bending – With up to 220 tons and full CNC equipment, we can bend a wide variety of small and large parts in both thin and thick metals, up to 12 feet in length.
Machining – CNC machining and a full complement of conventional equipment and tooling.
Welding – MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
Finishing – Vibratory deburring, tumbling, graining and buffing.
Inventory– Our extensive materials inventory helps reduce lead-time.

• Our automated nesting software reduces your material costs by maximizing raw material yields.
• Customer CAD files streamline the manufacturing process. We have the latest versions of AutoCAD, Solid Works, Bysoft and Mastercam.
• With our 3D modeling capabilities, we can verify fit, form and function of your parts or light assemblies, prior to manufacturing.
