Turnkey Products
Maloya possesses full turnkey manufacturing capability as evidenced by our proprietary high power mobile fluid process heaters. Long a highly regarded component supplier to the aircraft ground support industry, Maloya acquired a heater line in 2006. This sophisticated product line is highly specialized within the aircraft/aerospace industry. The products include combustion, hydraulics, computer control and electrical systems.
We manage all the necessary requirements such as warranty, support, and R&D
and have a continuous improvement policy in place. The experience with our own product line enables us to better understand, anticipate and overcome potential obstacles in producing turnkey products for other companies.
We also have an extensive, qualified vendor network which supports our product line. This includes all aspects of hydraulic, electrical, computer and associated hardware.
