Roger’s extensive background includes more than thirty years of experience in virtually all aspects of metal fabrication including manufacturing, methodizing, costing, and sales management. In keeping with the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction and quality, Roger also develops feasibility solutions to reduce manufacturing costs and ensure timeliness, while maintaining the highest workmanship standards.
Roger is also the developer of Maloya’s proprietary quoting methodology that ensures accuracy from quote through finished project.
Marc Anderes
V.P. OPERATIONS
A graduate of Boston University, Marc is a co-founder of Maloya. The organization was originally an entrepreneurial venture centered on providing state-of-the-art technology to manufacture metal products using a CO2 Laser. Marc’s financial training and sales background proved instrumental in establishing the young organization’s viability.
As Maloya grew and prospered, more defined rolls were required, and Marc has focused on leading the production department as Vice President of Operations. This involves managing and improving the Maloya production process to provide customers with the best possible product quality.
With the 2007 acquisition of the SAGE aircraft ground support heaters and equipment, Marc is also leveraging his manufacturing skills to value-engineer the Maloya heater product line.
