Your Plans, Our Fabrication Expertise
You need a quality part that adheres to your specifications.Your parts are defined. You have a drawing that gives the material, dimensions, tolerance and notes that define your finishes, part marking, heat treating, etc. We review your plans, confirm specifications and procure the correct materials.
We methodize the sequence of work centers required and define the Bill of Materials (BOM) by way of a router. The router get quality instructions added to ensure your parts meet your specifications. BOM is procured and when the material arrive we begin fabrication to meet your delivery schedule.
Your parts are packaged and protected for shipment to your facility on time and on budget.
