Reto Hug

Reto’s responsibilities as President of Maloya include overall company supervision and finance. In addition, Reto is responsible for the development and direct management of Maloya’s Complex Projects Division. Educated as an electrical engineer at Manhattan College, Reto joined his Father, the founder of Maloya in 1989. Reto became President of the organization in 1999. Reto’s mechanical and electrical engineering expertise along with his deep understanding of both 3D Modeling and the Design/Build process enables Maloya to work with Architects, Designers, Project Managers and Construction Management companies involved in large complex projects. Reto also conducts lectures for Architectural students at New York’s Columbia University. Prior to joining Maloya, Reto was an engineer for Grumman and CSC Consulting among other organizations.
