City Point Phase III Canopy
Metal canopies improve the appearance of your building and also protect visitors and residents from inclement weather conditions. They create a more inviting atmosphere around the commercial buildings such as condos, offices, restaurants, and retail spaces and convey a sense of ambiance for commercial spaces. Maloya's team partnered with the team behind the Brooklyn Point luxury condominium building to fabricate a unique decorative canopy for the front of the building.

This project required challenging development work which combine structural and decorative materials. Structural elements needed connection details to the building for installation.
