At Maloya, we understand every project is unique and that the right expertise and techniques are crucial during each step in the fabrication process, and that includes welding.
A Crucial Process
The Right Weld
Commitment to Quality
MIG & TIG Welding
As a full-service metal fabrication shop, we offer the latest in welding technology.
At Maloya, our technicians know there is more to welding than just high temperatures and the fusion of metals.
Welding is crucial to ensuring parts meet our customers’ stringent requirements. Additionally, we understand that while there are a wide variety of specific welding techniques, one particular method may be the best fit in terms of the ideal for a given, specific form.
Using the right kind of welding ensures a part will withstand the required stress conditions. But using a weld that’s not appropriate for a project can lead to issues like weaker bonds, incomplete welds, and corrosion of the weld joint.
For short, highly technical aluminum runs, TIG welding may be the ideal approach. For long production, steel welds, the MIG technique may be the most efficient, cost-effective welding method.
We require our technicians to be trained and experienced in using both metal inert gas (MIG) as well as tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding techniques. This ensures that they can properly advise our clients on which method is best for their project.
We’re proudly ISO 9000 certified and maintain ongoing Kaizen training programs for all employees. We have quality control mechanisms in place during every phase of the project and use market-leading MieTrack production planning software to deliver high-quality, defect-free products on time and within budget.
Our clients know they can trust Maloya Craftsmen to explain and help them choose the best weld for their job. They count on the fact that the end product will be high quality and defect free.
